The Rose Heart Yoga Retreat 2025

A nourishing and restorative retreat for busy mums to re-connect to self love. Through heart-lead practices, gentle therapeutic yoga, deep relaxation and meditation, we shall discover a practice of loving kindness. You will leave this retreat feeling restored, rested and full of love for yourself.

Day 1 – Tuesday 1st April

3.00pm: A warm welcome awaits you. Take time to check-in & settle into your room

4.00 to 5.30pm: Welcome group session (Studio) – an introductory session to get to know each other; intention setting for the retreat; some gentle movement & a short visualisation

7.00pm: Dinner

Evening: Free Time

Day 2 – Wednesday 2nd April

8.00am: Gentle, joyful yoga & relaxation (Studio) – a flowy soft & gentle morning yoga practice (designed specifically for women)

9.00am: Breakfast

11.00am: Group session (Studio) – uplifting movement & voice warm up, followed by group work & a guided relaxation

1.00pm: Lunch

Afternoon: Free Time

3.00pm: Yoga Nidra (Relaxation Room) – a beautiful, restful, deep-guided relaxation

7.00pm: Dinner

Evening: Free Time

Day 3 – Thursday 3rd April

8.00am: Gentle, joyful yoga & relaxation (Studio)

9.00am: Breakfast

11.00am: Closing group session (Studio) – gentle movement, chocolate meditation & farewells

12.00pm: Checkout & Lunch

Annie Butlin

Annie Butlin is a fully qualified Hatha Yoga teacher. She has qualifications as a Pregnancy Yoga teacher, Doula, Transformational Life coach and Yoga Nidra facilitator.

She has years of experience holding a loving, safe and sacred space that is inclusive of all. Her teaching style has been described as gentle, loving, authentic and exquisitely beautiful.

Annie has a naturally nurturing and gentle energy. She teaches Yoga from the heart – nourishing your body, mind & spirit. Be ready to leave your worries at the door and surrender to your inner bliss!
